Please be advised that the timeline for preparing your residence for guests may be subject to extension, contingent upon the property’s size and any supplementary efforts necessary to ensure the utmost comfort and satisfaction of guests.

It’s important to note that we do not send notifications for individual guest check-ins, check-outs, or similar routine matters. A one-time retainer fee of $500 is applicable for the initiation of any new home or property. This fee encompasses the engagement of a professional photographer, acquisition and installation of a keypad lock for the front door, as well as the implementation of a Ring Doorbell and a Security Noise Detection Hardware system.
Our services are transparent, and void of any additional or concealed fees. It’s important to note that certain States, Cities, or Counties may necessitate owners to obtain a short-term rental permit. Mina’s Villas is committed to full disclosure, and we will provide comprehensive information about any permit requirements imposed by the property’s municipality before formalizing any agreements.
Mina’s Villas offers monthly Owner Statements for a full breakdown of your property’s revenue for the previous month and details the deducted management fee, professional cleaning fee which is an expense the guest’s cover for each stay, & any required state or municipality taxes and any other deductions only agreed upon prior to entering into our services. Owner Statements are typically sent on the 1st of each month unless otherwise negotiated and outlined in our management contract.
We offer flexible options in which we can send your property’s monthly earnings such as: ACH Direct Deposit, Traditional Check, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Apply Pay.

Upon confirming suitability, a subsequent meeting is scheduled to review the tailored data compiled for your property.
